Dicoll – In-House Facilities

Dicoll has extensive in-house facilities that include, 2D & 3D CAD design, electronic design, electronic and mechanical assembly, mechanical prototyping, environmental and EMC chambers and system test. Dicoll can undertake customisation tasks ranging from complete development programmes for special applications to changes in paint finish or special silk screening on standard products. The interactive repair department are also equipped to undertake the installation of 'interactive' and 'touch screen' solutions on site if required. Maintenance and installation can be provided separately and will depend on the type of cover demanded.

Equipment Building

Dicoll use the latest modern fabrication technologies to design all their solutions ensuring they can accept a wide variety of components selected for their optimal integration, access, performance and serviceability. Dicoll use high-powered engineering tools to prepare, install and build bespoke solutions. We supply and integrate all electronic components and test the operation of the systems ensuring that strict quality assurance controls are followed. The complete bespoke solution is then packaged and prepared to ship either by in house services or through agreed delivery services ensuring safe arrival of our products.
